Labour Pains have created a leaflet regarding pain relief options during labour after IUFD.

Finding out that your baby has died before birth is devastating. It can be difficult to process all of the information you are given at such a difficult time, so it is often helpful to have it in writing as well.

This leaflet provides information about pain relief options that may be available to you during labour and birth.

The leaflet is now available on the Labour Pains website here and you can browse our range of resources for expectant mothers about pain during labour and pain relief options. Many of our resources are also translated into various languages.
